The original brief had me working on the UX and UI for Adelaide Thunderbirds netball team site. Upon crafting a well organised and highly interchangeable theme setup within Sketch this project evolved into TeamKit. TeamKit is now Eastwood’s proprietary website platform that’s purpose built for professional sporting clubs. Melbourne Vixens netball team was second to jump on board the platform, with many more to come.
I worked on this project as a freelance designer for Eastwood. I was responsible for all UX and UI design. I created low fidelity wireframes that were highly structured and well organised in Sketch. This accelerated the design process by allowing me to switch out symbols and build a style library directly from the wireframes.
Not just made for Netball, TeamKit’s design system allows for base symbols and styles to swap out efficiently so that it can be quickly re-skinned for any team brand.
